10.3 Service Fee: The first month of all subscriptions will have a $2 service charge. Each monthly bill afterwards will be the advertised amount.
11. Digital Product Policy: No Refunds
By purchasing and/or downloading our digital products, you agree to the following terms:
11.1 No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be granted. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any digital product purchases, including but not limited to software, e-books, digital downloads, and online courses.

11.14 License Agreement: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal use only. Any unauthorized distribution or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
12. Membership Refund Guarantee: 7 Days
For membership subscriptions, the following additional terms apply:
12.1 Refund Guarantee: We offer a 7-day refund guarantee for membership subscriptions. If you are dissatisfied with your membership within the first 7 days of activation, you may request a refund by contacting our support team at membership@scholarshipjunkie.com.
12.2. Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your membership within the 7-day period, your membership fee will not be automatically refunded. You must request a refund at membership@scholarshipjunkie.com. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued for membership subscriptions.
12.3 Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend memberships for any violation of our terms of service, without refund.
By using our services, digital products and memberships, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms of service. These terms are subject to change, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically for updates. .
