Terms of Conditions (Vision Board Challenge)

Official Terms and Conditions for Annual Winter Vision Board Challenge

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Annual Winter Vision Board Challenge (the “Challenge”). By entering, participants agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

  1. The Challenge is open to active members of The Scholarship Essay Academy or Scholarships Near Me Plus (“Memberships”) at Scholarship Junkie Memberships at The Scholarship Collective LLC as of the date the winners are selected.
  2. Membership must remain active through February 16, 2025, when winners are announced.
  3. Participants must be at least 13 years old.
  4. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Scholarship Junkie Memberships at The Scholarship Collective LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes.

Challenge Period

  1. The Challenge begins on January 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on January 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
  2. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.

How to Enter

  1. Participants must create a vision board showcasing their goals and aspirations for 2025.
  2. Vision boards can be created using the provided Canva template or any tool of the participant’s choice.
  3. Submissions must be uploaded through the designated area in the Membership portal by the stated deadline.
  4. Only one entry per participant is allowed.

Judging Criteria

  1. Submissions will be evaluated on creativity, visual appeal, and alignment with the participant’s stated goals.
  2. Judging will be conducted by a panel selected by Scholarship Junkie Memberships at The Scholarship Collective LLC.
  3. The decision of the judging panel is final and binding.

Prizes

  1. First Place: $250
  2. Second Place: $150
  3. Third Place: $100
  4. Prizes will be distributed via the payment method specified by winners and are non-transferable.
  5. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receiving their prize.

Winner Announcement

  1. Winners will be announced on February 16, 2025, through email, social media, and the Membership portal.
  2. Winners will be contacted via the email associated with their Membership.

Publicity Release

  1. By accepting a prize, winners agree to sign a Publicity Release allowing Scholarship Junkie Memberships at The Scholarship Collective LLC to use their name, likeness, and submission for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the company’s website, email campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
  2. Refusal to sign the Publicity Release will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Permission to Use Vision Boards

  1. By participating in the Challenge, participants grant Scholarship Junkie Memberships at The Scholarship Collective LLC the right to share their submitted vision boards, without attribution to their name or other identifying information, for promotional purposes across all platforms, including but not limited to websites, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials.
  2. Participants agree that no compensation or further approval will be provided for such use.

Participant Responsibilities

  1. Submissions must be original and created solely by the participant.
  2. Participants must not submit content that is offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
  3. By entering, participants grant Scholarship Junkie Memberships at The Scholarship Collective LLC the right to share their submissions for marketing or promotional purposes.

Disqualification

  1. Participants who fail to meet these Terms or provide false information will be disqualified.
  2. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.

General Conditions

  1. Scholarship Junkie Memberships at The Scholarship Collective LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel the Challenge at any time for reasons beyond its control.
  2. Scholarship Junkie Memberships at The Scholarship Collective LLC is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or other errors that prevent participation.
  3. By entering, participants agree to release Scholarship Junkie Memberships at The Scholarship Collective LLC from any liability related to the Challenge.

Privacy

  1. Personal information collected as part of the Challenge will only be used for Challenge administration and prize distribution.
